2. Length of the Exhibition
From Thursday, May 20 to Friday, May 21, 1999 (10:00 a m. - 6.00 p.m.).
Saturday, May 22, 1999 (10:00 a.m. - 1 p.m.).

3. Standard Booth Description
1) standard booth is defined as 3 m deep, 3 m wide and 2.3 m height.
2) double standard booth is defined as 3 m deep, 6 m wide and 2.3 m height.

A standard booth equipment includes side and back walls (white laminated pastic, not punched), one desk, two chairs, one signboard with the exhibitor's corporate name (Type 12 cm height, max 25 types) two spot lamps, three sockets, max 1 kw, additional power on request.

4. Setting-up
19 May, 1999, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

5. Dismantling
22 May, 1999, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

6. Cleaning
The rental of a standard/double booth also includes booth cleaning.

7. Security surveillance
Exhibition area security surveillance: Day: h. 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m. Night: Five controls for night.

The organiser cannot be held responsible for accidents to Conference Exhibition or for damage to or loss of their personal property howsoever caused. Exhibitors should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.

8. Booths assignment
The booth/s will be assigned on a first -come, first -serve basis. Please indicate preferential booth on the enclosed plan.

9. Payments and cancellations
In the event of cancellation, and provided that written notice is received by registered letter within 10/05/99, a refund of 50 % of the rental fee will be made. If no notice of cancellation is received, no refund can be made. Invoice will be issued by AEI.

10. Changes
Due to circumstances beyond one's control the Organization reserves the right to change hours, exhibition layout etc. in the interest of the Exhibitors.
